Casa Cercone has been in the same family since the 1940s, when Josephine and Alessandro Cercone purchased it. Today, it is owned by their great-granddaughter Brittany and her partner, Justin, who take pride in preserving the home and its character.

Over the decades, it has been home to five generations of the family and the setting for a lifetime of shared memories. The house has hosted countless gatherings over the years, including Josephine’s many cocktail parties and Brittany’s grandmother’s wedding festivities. It was also featured in the Daily News in 1957 for its elaborate holiday decor.

Brittany and Justin are delighted to welcome others into the house and add new chapters to its story.
